Founded in 2020 by a team of retail technology veterans
Loyalify was born from a simple observation: while large enterprises had sophisticated loyalty programs powered by expensive custom software, small and medium-sized businesses were stuck with paper punch cards and basic apps that offered little insight or flexibility.
Our founders, who had spent years building loyalty systems for Fortune 500 retailers, saw an opportunity to bring that same level of sophistication to Main Street businesses. They assembled a team of engineers, designers, and retail experts to build a platform that would be powerful yet simple, affordable yet scalable.
Today, Loyalify serves over 2,500 businesses across North America, from independent coffee shops to regional fitness chains. We've helped our customers increase retention rates by an average of 54% and drive over $180 million in repeat revenue.
